How much is a transfer from Krakow to Energylandia?
One-way travel starts from PLN 400 per vehicle. A full day with return starts from PLN 800, with the final fare depending on duration. We confirm the full price and service before booking. Park tickets are purchased separately.
How long is the drive from Krakow to Energylandia?
Allow approximately 60–75 minutes of driving time. Driving time depends on your exact pickup address, route and traffic. Allow extra time at weekends and during the holiday season. We agree departure around your planned park entry time and allow for the journey.
Can you pick us up at our hotel, and what time do we leave?
Yes. We arrange pickup at your hotel, apartment or another agreed address in Krakow. Send the date and the time you plan to enter the park. We confirm the exact pickup address and time before booking.
Can we arrange return pickup after the park closes?
Yes, subject to availability and a time agreed in advance. The full-day option includes the agreed outbound and return journeys. Tell us your preferred pickup time at Energylandia; we will send the meeting point before pickup. A one-way transfer does not include return travel.
Does the driver wait throughout our visit to Energylandia?
We agree driver waiting arrangements before confirming the booking. The full-day return fare depends on the number of hours and the agreed itinerary. It does not include unlimited waiting. The one-way option excludes driver waiting time.
Can we change the return time on the day?
Contact us as early as possible, preferably by WhatsApp or phone. We will check availability and confirm the new time and any fare change.
Are Energylandia admission tickets included?
No. This is a transport service; you purchase park admission separately. Check ticket availability and the opening calendar on Energylandia’s official website before choosing your transfer date.
What should we tell you about children and luggage?
Send the number and ages of children and which child seats you need. Seats are available on request, subject to prior confirmation. Include any pushchair and the number and size of your bags. Before confirming your booking, we will check that all your luggage fits in the vehicle.
Can you accommodate groups of more than 8 passengers?
Yes. Each vehicle accommodates up to 8 passengers plus the driver. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles, subject to availability and an individual quote. Select “More than 8 passengers” on the form and enter the exact number. A single-vehicle fare is not a quote for the entire larger group.
How do we book and pay?
Send the form, call or message us on WhatsApp. Include your address, date, passenger count, luggage and chosen option, plus the pickup time if you need a return. You can pay by cash or card; we can also send a payment link. We agree the full fare, payment method, any deposit and cancellation terms before confirming the booking. Sending the form alone does not confirm your transfer.
