Can you arrange transfers for more than 8 passengers?
Yes. Each vehicle carries up to 8 passengers plus the driver. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles, subject to availability. Send your full group size, route, date and luggage details so we can confirm arrangements and an individual quote. The price of one vehicle is not the price for the whole larger group.
Is the displayed price per person?
No. Prices are for the complete private vehicle, not an individual passenger ticket.
Are transfers available at night?
Yes. Marko Transfer is available 24/7 after the journey is confirmed in advance.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes. Child seats are available on request. Include the number and ages of children in your enquiry.
Can I travel with a folding wheelchair?
A folding wheelchair can be carried after confirming that there is enough luggage space. The vehicle is not advertised as wheelchair-adapted.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is available for private and business customers on request.
How is the final fare confirmed?
Send the pickup point, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage details. You will receive the fare before the journey.
How far is Wieliczka Salt Mine from Kraków and how long is the drive?
Wieliczka Salt Mine is approximately 10 km south-east of central Kraków. A private transfer usually takes around 25–40 minutes, depending on the pickup address and traffic.
Can the driver wait at Wieliczka Salt Mine and take us back to Kraków?
Yes. A one-way transfer starts from PLN 150. The transfer from Kraków with driver waiting time and return starts from PLN 450 for the vehicle. We agree the waiting time and final fare before booking. Admission tickets are not included.
How long does a visit to Wieliczka Salt Mine take?
According to the mine, the Tourist Route including the underground Krakow Saltworks Museum exhibition takes approximately 2–3 hours. Visitors should arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked entry time. Allow additional time for both transfers; send us your entry time so we can agree the pickup and return schedule.
How can I book?
Call, send a WhatsApp message or use the quote form. The booking is complete after availability and the fare have been confirmed.
What are the payment, cancellation and extra waiting conditions?
Payment arrangements, cancellation conditions and any extra waiting are agreed individually in your quote before booking. Sending the form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
