Your data
Privacy policy
This page explains which data is used when you contact Marko Transfer and how optional analytics or advertising preferences work.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through this website is FH MARKO, os. Złotego Wieku 77, 31-618 Kraków, tax ID: 678 107 92 63. You can contact the controller by email at kontakt@markotransfer.pl or by phone at +48 575 731 567.
2. Data collected
When you request a quote, the form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, pickup and destination information, date, time, passenger count, flight number and message. Technical security logs may include an IP address and request time.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to answer the enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange the requested service, protect the form against abuse and, where applicable, establish or defend claims. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing the contract and the controller's legitimate interest in secure communication.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by the hosting and email providers supporting the website. Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive limited cookieless measurement signals when optional consent is denied. Analytics or advertising storage, user data for advertising and advertising personalisation are enabled only according to your consent settings. Google services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their own privacy documentation.
5. Retention
Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to answer them, provide the service, meet accounting obligations or handle possible claims. Security rate-limit information is temporary.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, request portability where applicable and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.
7. Cookies and analytics
Necessary browser storage remembers your cookie choice and supports website security. Analytics and advertising storage remain disabled until you choose to allow them. With storage denied, Google tags may send limited cookieless measurement and consent signals for aggregate reporting and modelling. You can change the decision at any time.
8. Voluntary submission
Providing data is voluntary, but a name and phone number are required so Marko Transfer can respond. Do not include sensitive personal data in the message field.
