When you request a quote, the form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, pickup and destination information, date, time, passenger count, flight number and message. Technical security logs may include an IP address and request time.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to answer the enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange the requested service, protect the form against abuse and, where applicable, establish or defend claims. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing the contract and the controller's legitimate interest in secure communication.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by the hosting and email providers supporting the website. Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive limited cookieless measurement signals when optional consent is denied. Analytics or advertising storage, user data for advertising and advertising personalisation are enabled only according to your consent settings. 9. Enquiry source measurement

With analytics consent, we remember the first page observed after consent and the referring domain in sessionStorage (mt_entry_v1), for up to 30 minutes or until the tab is closed. Campaign labels and the presence of a Google Ads click marker additionally require advertising consent. We do not store click identifiers or full referring URLs in this measurement. When you submit the form, this information is attached to the enquiry email to help assess how visitors find us. It is only an indication, not a verified source. Withdrawing consent removes the relevant browser data; it does not automatically erase previously sent emails. You can contact us to request deletion. The form can also include optional luggage and return-journey details.
