Krakow to Zakopane transfer

Fares start from PLN 650 for one vehicle, one way. We confirm the full amount based on the exact addresses, date and luggage. Return travel and waiting are quoted separately. Larger groups travelling in several vehicles receive an individual quote.

In the evening, with free-flowing traffic, the drive takes roughly 1 hour 50 minutes. During the tourist season it may take over 2 hours, and at peak times around 2.5 hours. These estimates are for driving only and depend on your addresses, the weather and traffic on the road to Zakopane. They do not guarantee an arrival time; major disruption can make the journey longer.

Yes. Weekends, public holidays, winter school holidays and the summer season can mean a much longer journey than in free-flowing traffic. Tell us when you would like to arrive so we can agree a pickup time with extra allowance. For a return to the airport, also allow the time your airline requires before departure.

Yes. The date, availability and fare are agreed individually. You can also ask about a return to Krakow Airport. Send the pickup address, destination and time. Return travel, driver waiting and extra stops are not automatically included in the one-way fare.

Yes. Each vehicle accommodates up to 8 passengers plus the driver. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles, subject to availability and an individual quote. Select “More than 8 people” in the form and enter the exact number. The fare for one vehicle does not cover a larger group travelling in several vehicles.

Send the form, call us or message us on WhatsApp. Include the addresses, date, time, passenger count and luggage; for airport pickup, add your flight number. You can pay by cash or card. We can also send a payment link. The full fare, payment method, any deposit and booking terms are agreed individually before confirmation. Sending the form does not confirm your transfer.
