Before your Auschwitz-Birkenau transfer
How much is a private transfer from Krakow to Auschwitz-Birkenau?
A one-way transfer starts from PLN 400; transport with driver waiting time and a return to Krakow starts from PLN 650. Fares are per vehicle, not per person. We agree the itinerary, waiting time and full price before confirming your booking.
How long is the drive from Krakow to Auschwitz-Birkenau?
Allow around 75–90 minutes for the drive. The time depends on your Krakow pickup address and traffic, and congestion can make it longer. Send your entry time so we can agree a departure with time to spare. This estimate excludes the visit and any wait before admission.
Can the driver wait during our visit and take us back to Krakow?
Yes, if you choose the waiting-and-return option. Tell us your entry time and expected visit length so we can agree the waiting period, return pickup time and meeting point. A one-way transfer does not include driver waiting time or a return journey.
Are admission tickets and a guide included?
The fare covers transport only. Arrange your entry reservation, tickets and guide separately. Please include your reserved entry time at the Memorial in your enquiry.
Can you pick us up from our hotel or apartment?
Yes. We agree pickup from your hotel, apartment or another Krakow address. If your group needs several pickup points, include them in the enquiry so we can account for them in your quote.
Can you arrange transport between Auschwitz I and Birkenau?
We can agree this before confirming your transfer. Mention it in your enquiry so we can confirm the service and its price. It is not automatically included in every option.
Can you arrange transport for more than 8 passengers?
Yes. Each vehicle accommodates up to 8 passengers plus the driver. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles, subject to availability and an individual quote. Tell us the exact group size; a single-vehicle fare does not cover a larger group travelling in several vehicles.
How do I book and pay for the transfer?
Send the form, call us or message us on WhatsApp. Include the date, pickup address, number of passengers and your chosen transfer option. You can pay by cash or card. We can also send you a payment link. We agree the full fare, payment method, any deposit and cancellation terms before confirming your booking. Sending the form does not confirm your transfer.
